About the Chef
Meet Chef Imelda Gasaway
The founder and Head Chef, Imelda, had a dream of owning her own catering business that was dedicated to showcasing the best of Filipino cuisine. Born and raised in the Philippines, Imelda's passion for food began at a young age, and she's been perfecting her craft ever since. She graduated Culinary Arts here in Las Vegas and had worked with several celebrity chefs in town. She is also a member of American Culinary Federation. Imelda with her husband Keith and their two children, Calvin and Patricia is now living her dream of running a successful catering business and is ready to serve you.
